I want to open a representative office in Vietnam and build a factory.

What is your current job?

I'm looking for a Vietnamese supplier or a customer. If a supplier is found, we will make a prototype, confirm it, and then place an order for mass production.

How are you making use of what you learned while you were at school?

I learned how to work in a Japanese company and how to work for Japanese people. "Spinach" is very important in the company, and you need to consult and report anything with your boss or colleagues. In Japan, quality and delivery time are especially important, so I work consciously.

Why did you get a job (choose a job) at your current workplace?

The main reason is that I felt that the company had a good atmosphere and was very comfortable to work in after a one and a half month internship. One of the reasons is that I was able to take on various challenges myself and felt that I could grow.

Please tell us about your job satisfaction and future goals.

At first, I didn't have much knowledge about drawings, technical terms, types of metal processing machines and processing methods, but it is rewarding to learn as I work while studying. In the future, my dream is to open a representative office in Vietnam and build a factory.
