I am currently working for a real estate company in Osaka. I am in a department that helps international students or other foreigners find a room.

How are you making use of what you learned while you were at school?

When I was in the second year of Japanese language school, I entered a employment class. There, I learned business Japanese and business etiquette that are often used in Japanese companies. This class is very useful now.

Why did you get a job (choose a job) at your current workplace?

My current job was introduced by Vice-Principal Inoue-sensei. I'm interested in real estate and want to know what the Japanese real estate system is.

Japan is economically stable and a very convenient country to live in. So, if you want to invest in Japan, I think it's best to invest in real estate. In particular, Japan is open to foreigners who want to buy properties in their own name. In the future, I would like to open my own real estate business after becoming a full-fledged person in this job.
