It's often difficult to experience in student life for the first time, but if you don't give up, you'll be able to do something about it.

What is your current job?
-
I work as a certified care worker at a small-scale multifunctional home care service. Since the number of users per day is small, there is no such thing as recreation with many users. It is fun to spend a relaxing time with the users, such as planting vegetables together in the field on the rooftop, watering them, and sometimes just basking in the sun.
-
How are you making use of what you learned while you were at school?
-
In class, the communication methods, exchanges, assistance in changing clothes, foot baths, etc. that students learned while practicing with each other are very useful when interacting with users in their current work.
-
Why did you get a job (choose a job) at your current workplace?
-
My three-year student life was also the three years I was working at my current workplace as a part-time student. I knew what I was doing and was used to it. However, the main reason I chose my current workplace was that all the other staff members were kind and easy to work with.

Please tell us about your job satisfaction and future goals.

I was glad I chose this job when the number of jobs did not decrease even with Corona. It's not an easy job at all, but I will continue to do my best with other staff.
