Q

What is your current job?

A

My current job is in the general affairs department of a manufacturing company that focuses on automobile parts.
I am in charge of management, interpretation and translation of Vietnamese employees (including trainees, specific skills and skills, humanities knowledge, and international work) and information management of the website.

Q

How are you making use of what you learned while you were at school?

A

I am making use of what I have learned at i-seifu. In class, there are many tasks to tackle problems as a group, and with that experience, I am able to work so that everyone's opinions can be gathered and smoothly at the time of meetings and interviews in my current job.

Q

Why did you get a job (choose a job) at your current workplace?

A

I wanted to make use of what I learned in Japan to support trainees from my native Vietnamese. At first, when I first studied abroad in Japan, I was in trouble because I didn't know right or left. Through that experience, I chose my current job because I thought it would be useful for people in my current job.

Q

Please tell us about your job satisfaction and future goals.

A

The trainees and full-time Vietnamese employees are still not fluent in Japanese, so when they are having trouble with their life or work in Japan, they provide support while hearing about consultations with the company and requests for help. I myself am learning Japanese culture and knowledge, improving my Japanese skills, and doing my best to be more dependable.
