I was able to get a job in a specialized field in my favorite Japan because of the skills I acquired at OIC.

Q

What is your current job?

A

It is a finishing process that synthesizes various materials from the previous process to create a picture. The core of this work is not only how to make the picture look cool, but also to build a world view. It's a difficult job with no correct answer, but it's worth it.

Q

How are you making use of what you learned while you were at school?

A

At OIC, I was able to learn the technique of compositing practically, which is very useful in my current job. There is an intensive course on After Effects, and it is useful for me to have practical guidance on the work of the compositer. For example, he gave us an interesting technique such as how to move the eyes, as well as the idea required in the field to achieve both efficiency and quality.

Q

Why did you get a job (choose a job) at your current workplace?

A

This work where the senses are important. There is still a difference between men and women, and I especially feel the difference in color sense from the male staff. In that sense, I think there are many jobs in this industry where women's sensibilities can be put to good use.

Q

Please tell us about your job satisfaction and future goals.

A

It is to expand the range of expression further and become a full-fledged person. I came to a Japanese university as an international student and enrolled in OIC because I thought that I needed skills to get a job in my favorite Japan. We will continue to improve our technology so that we can stay in Japan and play an active role.
